I like the app overall, and the free version does work fine for basic use. But because the limits kick in quickly, it starts to feel annoying if you use it often. It’s good for trying things out, just not enough for regular use.

I’ve been using CamScanner for a while now, the updates have usually been reliable. Maybe I’m just not picky enough, but the main thing I care about is that the app doesn’t suddenly stop working after an update, and so far that hasn’t really been an issue for me.
Every now and then they change some little thing I was used to, and I’ll wonder if I’m overreacting for being annoyed by it. But after a bit, I usually get used to it and the app keeps doing what I need, so overall it’s been stable enough

In my experience, the cloud sync works well. My files have been syncing without any real issues so far, so I’m happy with it

I was already kind of stressed trying to scan some documents quickly, and camscanner did the job fine, but the ads were really frustrating. It felt like every few taps another pop-up showed up. The app is still useful, I just wish it wasn’t so pushy with the ads.

I switched phones and thought I’d lost a bunch of old work scans. Luckily, once I logged in, the backup restore worked just fine. It only took a few minutes, and everything popped back up in the same folders as before. Definitely saved me a headache. Happy with it.

I reached out with an issue and, from what I could tell, support got back to me really fast. They fixed it quickly too, so overall it was a solid experience

I was a little nervous about the charges after seeing some comments online, but thankfully everything went smoothly for me. The price was shown clearly before I paid, and I haven’t noticed any strange extra charges so far. I also appreciated that the cancel option was easy to find

I ended up canceling my CamScanner plan, it was smoother than I thought it would be. It only took a few minutes, and I didn’t have to jump through any confusing extra steps. From my experience, it felt straightforward and hassle-free, so I’m giving it 5 stars...

I don’t know... the signature tool just feels more annoying than it should. Adding annotations is a bit clunky, and signing a document takes way too many taps for something that should be quick.

I’ve used CamScanner for a while, the scanning itself is solid. It does what it’s supposed to do, and I haven’t really had any major problems with the basic functionality.

But reading between the lines, it feels like the app is really trying to push you toward premium more than anything. I only scan a few documents here and there, so a monthly subscription just feels too expensive for my needs. A cheaper basic plan would make a lot more sense...

so I can usually get into my CamScanner account without much trouble, but every now and then the login takes longer than it should or tells me to try again. It’s not a major issue, but it gets frustrating when I’m trying to grab a file quickly. Once I’m logged in, everything works fine.

CamScanner works smoothly on my phone most of the time, and my scans usually open fast. Uploading and saving PDFs is quick too, so I don’t really have complaints for everyday use. That said, when I’m dealing with bigger files, it does lag here and there, so something on their end might not be handling those as well as it should. Not a huge issue, but it’s noticeable

I do like having the image filters, and they definitely help on some pages. That said, they don’t always get it right, sometimes they make everything look way too dark or just kind of strange, so I end up adjusting them more than I’d like. Still, I keep using them because when they work well, they do make browsing easier.

I’ve been using CamScanner for work receipts and forms, and it’s been solid. No random crashes or freezing, even when I’m scanning a bunch of pages back to back. It opens fast and gets the job done. I did feel a little dismissed when I had a small issue and didn’t get much of a response, but as far as the app itself goes, I’m happy with it.

The app is simple to use, for the most part, but a few of the buttons are kind of confusing, and it can take a little while to find what I’m looking for.

As the kind of person who’s always trying to keep receipts and random papers organized, I’ve been really happy with this. Most photos come out looking like actual clean scans, with sharp text and tidy edges. Even some older receipts were easy to read, which surprised me.

I tried it out expecting to tweak a bunch of settings, but it just started finding edges really accurately right away. Not gonna lie, I was a bit suspicious at first because it felt almost too easy, but so far it’s been doing exactly what I needed.

I accidentally bought the premium version and asked for a refund the same day. The app itself is fine, but the whole refund process was waaay more annoying than it needed to be, and it wasn’t clear what was actually happening.

Support was slow to respond and kept sending basic replies instead of just sorting it out. I did eventually get my money back, but it took too much chasing and stressss. Not the best experience...
